Hi guys, I'm not bright at these things but I just got myself a free 512MB RAM from my fren. The thing is, I'm not sure if the RAM will be compatible to the notebook since I heard there are many types of RAM and not all will be suitable to different notebooks.

This is what it is written:

    Samsung 512MB 2Rx16 PC2-5300S-555-12-A3.

So do you think I can use it?

    Thanks in advance!!
