    hmm i have that same problem with my DVD drive. i'm guessing it's not unique to m1530 and it's just a faulty dvd-drive.

    You shouldn't carry it while it's reading a disc.

    It does it even when I'm not moving it, even when it's resting still.

    If that video is of your laptop, talk to dell and & replace it.

    it's probably your dvd hitting something while spinning. just call dell and they'll have it replaced.
