So I wiped my Dell Studio 1535 as soon as I got it, the way its supposed to be done :p
Well, now i'd quite like to have all the functions of the FN Function Key - without it only the brightness and standard Fn+Escape works - such as fn+F3 for power mode and Fn+F8 for display change etc.

So, my question is, does anyone know the name of and which part of the Dell software governs these keys? Have been looking for a while now and can't figure it :(

I may be a bit confused but I think if you follow frazell's advice you will get them to work. The way I read it was the actual keys don't work.
