I found one of the cause for the mouse lag was the distance (from mouse to the system) especially when I have 30 inch LCD, diNovo keyboard and mouse set, I can't have the system right by my mouse.

The problem is gone after I used a long USB extension, and made sure it was active - like for USB SD card adapter or some sort. It pretty much services as BT antena now, and there is no mouse lag that used to creep in w/o any warning.

If you have mouse lag, definately try it out.
