Oh my lord. Let me just say, that I have never seen a more beautiful game in my life. I can't believe it. I just finished playing the demo, I love it. I am going tohave to buy this. It is truly amazing. My 9100 can run everything that has to do with video on the highest setting, i think its called "very high".

I've been palying demos of games i never thought id get to paly because id idnt think id ever have a video card or a computer that could handle any of them. I have played rainbow six 3, far cry, halo, splinter cell 2 and they all run perfect and amazing in every single way possible!

But i do have a question. Has anyone played far cry multiplayer? When it comes to playing on line im sure performance would drop a little.. so does anyone play it online? and if so, waht are your video settings at?

the game runs really great single player, but i can feel a slight pull when im firing and strafing, but i don tknow if thats just the game and ihave to get use to it or it is just the game testing the limits of my video card (9700 128MB radeon).

So far this machien is giving me no problems at all. It's great to have a relaly nice machine that you don't have to worry about "ohh i dont know if i can run that or do this or not".. i had to think like that everyday for the past 3 years with my IBM machines. With this thing.. i dont know, im looking for things wrong with it, and i cant find any. It is pleasing me in every way a computer can please a person!

Does anyone else out there have any really good games they are playing on their 9100, or any machine i guess. I'm on the hunt for good games. There is a really good game coming out called Soldnur, it looks amazing.

p.s. i have never played with a smarter AI, then I have in far cry. incredible

Aargh! I can't wait! I'm going to be using this for a lot of graphics-intensive games like you, and to hear you say that it's doing so well in those games is good news indeed. I can't say I like FarCry too much, but that's a seperate topic. :)

It's in the 'Boxing' phase now... hopefully shipping today (Monday)!

C&C Zero Hour runs great and its hard on most pcs. I also like playing some of the older c&C games. Read Alert runs at FKN Mad Speed.

    Just wait for DOOM3.... Sweet!

miamijjs: That makes me even happier. I love Generals: ZH, but none of my friends (who also own it) can play it at our LANs, since it's so taxing. To hear that the laptop can run it flawlessly is just wondermus.

I haven't played it online on my laptop yet, but I have played it on the desktop and didn't have a problem with performance. To see if you would drop performance here are the desktop's specs AMD 2400+, ATI9600 AIW, 1.2gb ram, 2x 80gb hd raid 0. Of course I was running it at very high and it looks soooooo goood.

I think i will buy farcry this week or next week when i buy CS CZ. Hopefully it will look this good online as it does on single palyer. Im sure it will look fine if i have to tone things down to high or even medium, but i bet it will be allright!
