I received my i6000 last week and have been very pleased thus far. I currently have the 80 GB hard drive. Do you think I would notice a big difference if I went with the 60 GB 7200 rpm instead?

If it is a 4200 drive, you'll notice a big difference. If it is a 5400 drive, you'll notice an increase, just not as big.
