Hi i just recieved my m1210 today everything is fine except the numpad.
Its pretty weird because when i go (Fn+F4) the numpad indicator lits but when i try to use it, i am just typin letters. I wonder if something is wrong with the number pad or do i have to install a driver for the keyboard for it work properly?? Thank you very much in advance.

Try holding fn while hitting the numbers after activating the number pad. I'm not sure as I haven't had a dell in front of me for quite some time, but give that a shot.

Just the way it's designed I guess...don't have to do that on my laptop though.
    Who knows!
