Dell Canada have finally updated their deals for the Inspiron 640m... they offer a pretty deal but as usual, they have selected a CPU (T2300 1.66 GhZ) and we can't upgrade it...

My question is, is this CPU fast enough? I was thinking more about a T2400... but I'll use this laptop mainly for taking notes at U, doing some research on the internet, dvds, etc...

Should I take this offer? I think it's a special deal for the release of this new laptop because it's even cheaper than the 630m was! If I call them, do you think they can offer me the CPU upgrade?

If I buy now, they won't ship before 2 or 3 weeks... if I see a better deal while I'm waiting, will they adjust the price If I ask for or will I be able to cancel my order without any fees?

Is the bluetooth option is worth it? (50$ CAD)... I don't have anything that uses bluetooth for now but you all seemed disapointed because Dell USA wasn't offering bluetooth opion... what eats more power? a usb mouse or a bluetooth mouse?

    Thanks guys :)

if you think that you may have a bluetooth enabled device later on, such as a cell phone or PDA or mouse, etc then go for it, im guessing a bluetooth mouse since its wireless wont drain your battery since it runs on its own battery and its not like USB which is plugged into your laptop.
