Finally contact a nice dude from the Customer Resolutions Center who is "authorized* to make the cancellation but not to make a modification, so now I might have to pay 100 more dollars because they refused to tell me about this team 2 days ago when it was still going on. Incredible...

I pretty much call ext. 72 83898 first now, and skip everyone else. These are the only people who seem to know what's going on or how to operate the phone lines without hanging up on me accidentally.

Why would you have to pay $100 more ? All you have to do is refuse delivery or contact your credit card company

Well i just called that extension and the indian lady was trying to tell me they dont do cancellations and for me to call customer care. I responded with no I have already talked to them how about you connect me to your supervisor and the b**** was like let me transfer you to customer care. This really pisses me off

Well, first I used the website to submit an "unresolved issue" report. Also, I emailed [email protected] and [email protected]. Then suddenly it was like everyone cared what was going on. That was a month and a half ago and now I always ask for the first guy who called me back. Even if he is unavailable they still help me. Sometimes the extension doesn't work though. You'd think a computer company would figure out how to make their phones work.
