    My Latitude arrived this week and includes a fingerprint reader as a standard feature. The problem is that I have no idea how to use it. I couldn't find a mention of it in th owners manual nor did the Windows search turn up anything related to the fingerprint reader.

    Can anyone explain to me how to use it?

    There should be some software installed to let you set it up.

    First, give it a good slow swipe on the biometric finger reader. Then a window will pop up giving you step by step instructions.
