    Hello all,
I have an M1330 that has the Vista Ultimate 64 bit installed. I have been unable to install the Etrust fingerprint software. I get an error message saying that it is not compatible with this OS. I have a driver installed, and I have the ThinkVantage fingerprint software from Levono working, but it only handles Windows login and has no integration with the browser.

Has anyone been able to make the other sofware work on 64 bit Vista?

Try checking with eTrust for a Vista 64bit compatible version?

I did. Also I don't know what I was thinking about when I typed this first message. The software I am trying to ge to work is Protector Suite. I see that there is a 64-bit version for other laptops available from the UPEK site, but not for Dell.
So far I have tried the Levono one, but it checks specifically to see if you have that laptop.

I tried to install the 32 bit version but it won't install. Anyone else have a fix?

Does it give you the error as soon as you click to install the drivers or during the installation process?

No errors. It installs but I don't get an option for anything other than the windows login. I don't know if there is another software that just doesn't load or what.

I used the files from Doubleblack's post and still only get windows login usage for the fingerprint reader. I had posted in that thread as well but because all of the drivers are working, just not the software for fingerprint reader.

I'm working on this now. There's a newer version that I need to get ahold of for 64 bit.
