    Morning Guys,

    Please to inform everyone that the first batch of 1500's have been despatched as mine was this morning.

    Alot of people have been talking about supply issues with screens and cases, which have can apply to other models however we can safely say things are rolling off the production line now. This means that they are no longer short on the following:

    256 MB NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT
    V1500 CORE 2 DUO T5470 1.60GHz,800,2M
    15.4 WXGA (not truelife)

    My order was delayed twice, however I was put on the `priority list` Details follow:

    Order Date: 18/07/2007
    Estimated Delivery Date (on or before this date): 24/08/2007

    Anyone else got anything despatched that was delayed?

    Did your order go from pre-production to despatched in one day?

    Yep, i checked last night and it still said pre-production.

    Looks like they are doing round the clock shifts to get all these orders out.

    I have a feeling truelife screens are in mate. Good to know they are starting production

    Walsh and western called, delivery is set for Monday.

    Anyone want any in-depth descriptions, reporting of the 1500? I will be popping new RAM, Wireless N, and bluetooth module in myself so im pretty much ripping it apart.
