Tech came out today today to replace the touchpad on my XPS 1330, and now none of the touch sensitive buttons light up or work anymore. Waiting to hear from Dell on what they are going to do.

i've seen a lot of this going around on these forums, looks like dell techs aren't familiar with the M1330. they should send you a new replacement for such a problem.

Well, the tech never came back, so I'm sitting here with a laptop that I can't use any of the media buttons. Also just realized my fingerprint reader doesn't work anymore either and looks like its lose. Sigh!
