    Hey guys,

I found out a fix for the Account Under Maintenance, Check Back In A Few Minutes message on Dell.com when you check your account. After signing in, go to the main page of your account. Now hold down Ctrl and press F5 (Ctrl+F5). This is the command for a new retrieval refresh, meaning that the browser will ask Dell's server for an update of the page. If you just hit F5, it will refresh and give you the same page as in cache. Don't worry if it says "No orders found." Mine said that. Just click on My Order Status and your orders should be right there.

    Hope that helps!!!
