I have a Dell e4300 which is only a few months old. The battery light keeps flashing blue, does this indicate it's not charging properly?

Is it a steady flash or an occasional flash?

My e6500 sometimes does that, I just remove the battery and reconnect it. I think it means it not detecting the battery.

    It's a steady flash.

It usually starts happening after the battery is about 90% charged, but I might be making that up.
