    I just weighed mine on a digital balance....and it weighs in at 7 pounds 8 ounzes :(

    Did you weigh it with the power adaptors as well? I'd like to know the actual carry weight.

    I don't care if it weighs 9 pounds - I just want it to show up... the wait is unbearable! LOL
