I found this in doing an online search because I wanted to maximize my performance and hard disk space. I got my parts here in a kit for around $30. It included all the screws, caddy and interposer. I have seen lots of post about people wanting to get these parts and being refered to dell. When I talked to dell they wanted $10.99 per screw. Anyhow here is the link. I got mine a few days a go and it was installed in under 5 min. Probably around 2-3min. Looks like they sell for other computers as well. Anyway I just though I'd pass this along because in my bordem and while poking around i saw a number of threads on the topic. Just trying to help.
