Did it come with an extra strap? On the Dell website it says it comes with a "Removable cross strap for on-the-go stability when riding or running to catch the train." Mine didn't come with it, and was just wondering if it was supposed to come with one.

It's in one of the pockets on your bag

If you really want the strap you can get it here for $5: http://www.timbuk2.com/tb2/products/accessories/replacement-parts/cross-strap-with-clips
Although, you might want to consider just contacting Timbuk2 first and telling them you got a bag and the strap was missing. I bet they would send one to you for free.
Personally, I don't think it's that useful, unless you see yourself running or biking with the bag and need it extra secured to yourself. -
Thanks for the suggestion. I'm actually giving the bag to someone as a gift, and wanted to make sure I'm giving it to him with everything it's supposed to come with.
For those who got the Timbuk2 bag...
