I ordered my XPS M1530 3 days ago from the Dell outlet. The same day I ordered it, it was shipped with an estimated delivery of 2/8-2/12. (I took 3-5 business days) Today, I finally got my carrier and tracking number and I guess my package is sitting in Kansas City, MO. (Aprox. 150 miles from me) I'm really excited now because I seriously thought I would be waiting till next week for my laptop to arrive. Now, I'm really hoping it gets here tomorrow.. since it's not too far off. My question is, Should I call them tomorrow and see about picking it up? Or should I chance it and see if it gets here on it's own? I really want it a.s.a.p, because I'm going out of town this weekend & won't be back till Monday. (I'm heading up near KC anyways) And, I'm leaving home for deployment soon, so I want to make sure it suites my needs and the screen is ok. (I hear alot of complaints about the Samsungs) I have roughly a month before I leave, which isn't long if I have to go through several screen replacements to get an LG, or even a refund if I'm not satisfied. What do you guys think? Do you think DHL will have it here tomorrow?

I'd say yes. This is coming from my experience with DHL and Sony. I always had dhl express though and that might be why it was so quick. Also I do live relatively close to the airport. I don't think calling them will make it any faster, but you can always try. They should be able to tell you if you get the package today or not.

Well considering DHL got MY computer halfway across the US in under 24 hours, I would say yes.

If you know the tracking number you can call their office and let them know you'll pick it up instead of delivery. They will hold it for ya. Delivery times varies and sometimes I don't have all day to wait for it.
