I was thinking about buying an Inspiron 1520 when i will be in US from Dell website. But can I pay with foreign credit card ? The shipping adress would be my adress in USA when I am staying there but the billing adress would be foreign, is that possible.
They say on dell.com that the computer could be shipped on 3. of august. Do you think I could get the computer before 9. august the day I leave the US ?

How long is the battery life on the 1520 with 6 cell battery ?
Is the 9 cell much bigger and what is the battery life then ?

You can actually try it out and see if you can order using a foreign credit card. If that doesn't work, I'm sure you can easily just add it to PayPal and pay using PayPal.

I'm not familiar with the current shipping status of 1520 nor the battery life of the 1520. Sorry!

I *think* that it really does not matter whether you use a foreign credit card. I believe it's okay as long as it's one of the dell credit card payment methods, aka, visa, amex, mastercard and so on...

as for the shipping... all I can say that its Dell you're dealing with... it really is luck because for some people they have received it earlier than their shipping date while for others they had their products delayed...

go find the reviews that previous member wrote on this site... they have detailed pictures of the batteries...
