    I read that if you put an order for a Inspiron in Aug you would get a free printer. Is that true?

    Where did you read that? I also ordered in AUG, but i never say anything of that nature.

    I think I read about some people getting a free printer after complaining about the endless delays to a CSR. But I don't recall any special offers from Dell.
