Free Speakers

When i ordered my 6400, i was supposed to get some free stereo speakers (as part of thier deals), however i my laptop arrived about a week ago and did not contain any speakers...

i emailed dell but no reply, i was wondering whther they will come some time after my laptop?

 

You should have gotten them when you got your laptop have you tried to call dell or just email them?

I usually only respond when there is a technical problem, but I saw your question and wanted to chime in. Our notebook systems ship from a different location then our accessories do. The reason for this is because your notebook had to be assembled with the parts that you selected when you ordered the system. This is done in a central location. The accessories are shipped from a different location, usually in another city, so getting one before the other is not unusual.

I’m sure whoever you’ve emailed with your question will be able to look up the order number and provide you the tracking information on your speakers. I just wanted to chime in and let you know that this is nothing to be worried about, just contact Dell, which you’ve already done, and we should be able to get back to you with a tracking number. Enjoy your new system!

Cool, thanks, although i have been waiting a few weeks now, i got my laptop on the 9th May (even though it was due the 22nd), but still havent got those speakers...
