I have a fairly new E1505, and it freezes everytime I attach an external device to it through the USB ports. I saw postings on this on here a few months ago, but now I can't find them.

If the devices (such as printer, mouse, camera) are attached before I turn the computer on, it's fine. But if I go to hook up my printer or camera while it's on, the whole system freezes and I have to reboot.

Although a big hassle, I guess I've just learned to live with it for the few weeks that I've had the computer, thinking it would go away. Does anybody have a permanent solution to this?

Also, the last time I hooked up the printer and it froze, I have not been able to print ANYTHING from the printer since. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the printer drive, and the print jobs only showed us as queued. Any takes on this??

    Thank you for anything!
