    Hi everyone.
Maybe this will help some that are in the position I was in.
I needed a small & light laptop for travel and took a look at the M1330 in Best Buy. I loved it.
I came back here and began reading all the differnt posts about it, good and bad.
I decided to order one from Dell.
I've owned Thinkpads, Toshiba's, and an HP, so this was my first experience with Dell.
The unit was supposed to ship on 1/18 and be here on 1/22.
It ended up shipping on 1/11 and was here on 1/14.
UPS is ALWAYS 3 business days from TN to where I'am in Pittsburgh. DHL was techincally 2 business days and was here early in the morning on the second day.
I'm a little anal about details and flaws so I've looked things over very close.
I got mine with both the 6 and 9 cell batteries. I have no wobble with either battery in it.
When closed, my screen fits perfectly flush with the machine on both sides.
I ordered it with the LED screen and it's a BEAUTIFUL display. Mine was built with the Toshiba screen which might be why it looks so good to me, but I've read about the other screen being good too.
To top things off, Dell then calls me last night to make sure everything is going good.
Time will obviously tell, but my first impressions of EVERYTHING are A+

    Just another update on things.......
Everything is still working perfect and I have absolutely no problems.
After reviewing my invoice, I found that Dell charged me $49.99 for Lowjack and it was supposed to be free.
One call to customer service and they assured me it would be taken care of shortly.
The next day, I checked my account and it was already credited back.
So far, this is the best computer company I've dealt with.
