    OK I don't know if this has been posted before but I'm really excited and wanted to share this with everyone.

    I went into Dell's chat, here is the exact transcript.

    You: I was wondering when my ordered would be shipped.

    Mandeep Kalha: Chris, the estimated shipping date for the order is the 19th of June 2006 and the order may ship out on or before this date. Also, you have a 3-5 days shipping method on the order. The boxing of the system generally takes 2-3 business days. Your order is still in the boxing stage. After it is boxed, it takes 1-2 days for the systems to be transported to the local UPS Stores from where they are shipped out.

    You: Great thanks, are there any specials to upgrade my shipping to next day or can you not do that now and does it cost extra money?

    Mandeep Kalha: Yes, it does cost money however for your satisfaction, I will upgrade the shipping method to Next Day free of cost.

    I've heard of Dell doing that for people. Nice touch if you ask me. I have never paid for the upgraded shipping because my stuff from Dell always gets here within 2 business days anyway, so it works out nicely for me. :)

    happened to me. Told them I was going to be out of town when my order was expected to ship. got bumpedc up to next day for free. Dell did everything right, but then UPS rescheduled the delivery, setting me back an extra day. But oh well.

    yup..same thing happened to me. i was so excited. i still have to wait a few more days as my lappy is still in the "boxing" stage.

    I had it done a few times. But I order atleat 4 machines a week for clients
