I just wanted to give everyone a heads up on how I finally got Dell to upgrade my shipping. If you call the regular CS number you are almost guaranteed to get nowhere even after talking to the "supervisor". The key is to go through EPP. I placed my order through the home site so I could use a 25% off coupon, but my work is an EPP member. (I believe all AAA members can use EPP as well as many other organizations) So I started a chat session with an EPP Rep and after initially telling me she couldn't do anything since my order was a "Home" order to which I asked if anyone in her department could help me, she changed my shipping. So I encourage all of you with CS problems to find some way to get EPP access as they are much more responsive and can assist you even if you did not place your order through them.

    Hope this helps.
