    Gift Card from Dell - Wait time?

    When I ordered my XPS system, I got a $200 gift card for spending a certain amount. It did not come in my oder so I contacted Dell and they said I would receive it via email.

    Does anyone know how long it usually takes for gift cards to be emailed? I don't mind waiting (I only received my system a week ago). But, I just wanted to make sure that I didn't accidentally delete the email.

    Do they normally come right away....or, do you have to wait a while? I was going to contact Dell again, but figured I would ask you all first.

    6-8 weeks from when you receive it.

    Mine didn't show up in my order so I called them and I was told 4-6 weeks from invoice. Other people have said that they received theirs almost immediately after receiving the laptop.
