So I purchased my E1405 (fully loaded) like a few days after it came out. And they were offering a 200 dollar mail in rebate on the Ultimate Entertainment Edition. It wasn't listed on my checkout but I went into Dell chat and confirmed with them I was eligible. So a few days ago I emailed Dell to see the status and they told me I was not eligible for it. So today I called up and they checked into it and looked at what promotions were available when I ordered it and found there was indeed a 200 dollar rebate. But rather then make me go through all that, they are just crediting my account 200 dollars. So my laptop with pretty much everything on it only ended up costing 850 dollars. Not bad. +1 to Dell.

I don't know. This was listed on the screen when you click customize and it shows 4 pre-configured ones (ultimate entertainment, ultimate productivity, music and photos, base system) and was listed under special offers. Mine was ordered around the 9th of may.
Glad to know Dell can admit a screw up..
