I plan to call them to see if I can get more free stuff, or if I can get a better price. Has anyone called them up to do the same thing I have done, and what did you say/do etc. in order to get it?

Are there any changes I should make before I buy it? I live in Canada so I can't get the imba coupons that Americans get :(

    Thanks in advance

I bought a Inspiron 1525 two weeks ago and honestly, the quality was pretty bad...
I send it back and I bought a Studio 15...still waiting

    My advice:

Upgrade the battery (very short life time with 4 cells)
Take Vista Home Premium (basic is really too limited and you miss a lot of things)

Sorry for my english, I came from Quebec and I speak french...

Hmm I was thinking about getting a Studio but I don't really want it because its more expensive for basically the same specs (Except a few bells and whistles)

I might upgrade the battery because 4 cell is too small, but I plan to be plugged in a lot, not sure if I should get the 6 cell just in case. I'll consider it.

I plan to reformat the laptop to XP as soon as I get it, so it's actually good that it's basic, saves me 30$ xd
