So I ordered a Dell branded 160 GB 7200rpm notebook drive the other day. Some things happened, and I need it by Friday, and it was supposed to ship today. I had ordered ground shipping, having no immediate need for it. No big deal... I'll just chat with a CSR and upgrade it... figure I'll pay $20 more, but oh well. I get the CSR on the line and sure enough, he can upgrade it. So I ask him to compare 2nd day and next day prices, and he tells me not to worry, he's upgraded it for free to next day :) That's service.
