Well, it's been over two weeks since I shipped my Inspiron 1420 back to Dell for a refund. I shipped it back through UPS, standard 3-5 day delivery. However, the ass-holes over at UPS can't seem to keep track of the packages they're supposed to be shipping. My Inspiron 1420 has had one hell of a journey. Take a look at the attached picture to see how much UPS has really messed up...
I've been waiting for UPS to return my 1420 back to Dell so I can get my money refunded to me, so that I can buy the XPS M1330 I want, before the $799 deal ends. In a nut-shell, it's quite frusturating...
To top things off, I've had a sudden, very eager urge to play World of Warcraft. Every other stoneage piece of crap computer in my house can't support WoW. So really, I can't play it until I get my M1330. :(

And quite frankly, I'm not sure why I posted a whole new thread about my ranting...I guess I just needed to get it off of my chest... :D

I feel a little better. But I'd still like to smack the ass-holes who messed up my return...

UPS did the same thing to me, I returned my XPS 1530 and it should get to dell's by 24th.. then on 24th they changed DD to 28th... But I didn't wait I opened an account with dell and my credit limit alows me to buy another one without a problem so I ordered the second one and they will refund their own money once they get the laptop... 12 months same as cash... very good deal...
