The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

Just thought since no one does that I'd report I had a great experience with Dell's customer service-both phone and online. They not only were helpful but even went past recommending dell techniques to some none dell sponsored ones. Great stuff :)

Their support isn't horrible. They have been very patient with me in the past...It's only the bad reports that show up as threads on here usually so it makes them look horrible.

It always looks worst on the Internet than it actually is. It's also easier to complain than to compliment. I've had one nightmare CS experience and one great CS experience.
