    Thats to high I may say see if you can get it for 700 UK Pounds, or see if you can find some discount coupons for DELL UK on the net to use towards your order..
    PS. Have your spec to hand and ring sales to place the order works out cheaper then via the net..

    Considering the spec, that is not too bad. Especially in UK where prices are normally high. Cant expect crazy discounts (like current $799 off deal) outside US.

    But I think you should be able to do better. If that is not a special packaged deal, then you can cutdown on the HDD, Processor and maybe even RAM. See if T7300 is available, 320GB from DELL should be ridiculously over priced, look for a lower capacity drive. Since RAM is also very cheap outside, see if you can configure with 1GB, then upgrade to 2 or even 4GB for less than £50.
