Seems like a nice, standard config. What model is it?

The real questions are: how much are you paying for it and what are you using it for?

That looks fine, but it comes down to what your using it for? (web surfing/email, word/ppt, music, gaming, video editing, etc).
Is that 64bit Vista or 32bit? You can't get all 4GB without 64bit.

If you need more CPU power, consider a 9xxx C2D, those have 1066mhz bus and up to 6MB cache. The hard drive is easy to replace if you need more storage in the future.

    if
includes crysis....or anything relatively new/demanding.......then no...the hd 3450 isnt meant for that

otherwise you seem to have made a good choice

Very good specs! Only thing I would suggest is maybe getting a wireless-N card, if you plan on using wireless a lot now or in the future. ;)
