    i think Khris is confusing morality with jealousy, taking some kind of "holier than thou" stance.

    nothing wrong with what the OP is doing, quit trying to pretend he is trying to screw Dell over. Dell gave him $75 and told him to keep the bag, knowing he does not want it. they are giving it to him, so he can do whatever the heck he wants with it. burn it, use it, sell it, whatever.

    its not like he threatened Dell, he simply asked for a credit.

    IMO the OP worded it badly. I think it is more of Dell just giving a credit of $75 rather than giving a credit of $75 for the bag back. It is not worth their trouble probably to process the return.
