This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     They helped me every step of the way and worked with me! Tremendous job, was on the phone with them for over an hour and they gave me a full refund (including shipping) and free shipping charges back to Dell. A+++ job!!!

    btw: the cause for the refund was a whiny cpu noise
