    Some of you may seen my request for getting my 7800 upgraded to a 7900 well this was all done with in a matter of 2 days!! Tech dispatched out that someone would call me today to setu pa time and lo and behold he was at my residence today for the upgrade, great comeback Dell!

    Great to know Dell is offering great support. Did the support come at a price or was it included in your already configured price?

    I did not pay a penny as I have complete care 4yr warranty with accidental damage
