So everytime I wake my 1330 from hibernate, the screen will just freeze up for a few seconds. After a couple of seconds, it will turn black and than back to normal with an error that says "nvlddmkm has stopped working, but has recovered". I don't know whats wrong... I am currently running the 169.09 drivers, but have tried 169.04, 165.01 and the stock drivers from Dell. All have this problem... any ideas?

Google for "nvlddmkm has stopped working" - you'll find many, many posts about this problem. It's not a Dell problem AFAIK. I would check out the nVidia forum (one of the links should be to their forum).
