When I ordered my e1505 it came pre-installed with Roxio MyDVD Combo LE. However, when I ordered all the reinstall CDs from Dell I was sent Sonic Record Now LE (5.3) and Sonic MyDVD LE. These programs are WAY better. I couldn't add chapters or trim video in Roxio MyDVD LE.

Yup, I got mine with the Sonic softwares over Roxio - I like the previous Roxio but Sonic seems to have an overall better feel and simpler usability without a lost of functions

I had to delete Sonic from my machine as it was causing it to freeze up

I use Nero Burning ROM for CD/DVD burning and Cyberlink PowerDVD for DVD playback.
