I just wanted to tell you all of a good dell story. I know some of you tried to help me with a hard-drive reformat and re-install of XP. I finally tried fdisk today and still couldn't get into windows setup so called tech support at MS. They wanted to charge me 60.00 to fix my problem, so I called dell. the OS came with my computer but it was out of warranty 3 years ago so I really expected nothing. I got a hold of a very nice person in the phillipines(sp?) and he said even though it was out of warranty he would help me. We were on the phone for 2 HOURS! He helped me reinstall, format and reinstall drivers. Way above and beyond his call of duty. Just wanted to let you know of a great experience! Thanks Aries!
