    Delay times are way down! That should mean the backorders are shipping!

    Edit: I should add that these times are for the 1520.

    Edit: Other delayed items:
    There are no other items listed as delay causing. A 1520 ordered today without any of the above items is estimated to ship 8/13.

    When Dell say Delay time, do you think they mean days past the estimated ship date?

    Yes. When I removed the delayed graphics from the order, the estimated ship date became 2 days earlier.

    on the 1720's the color delays are down also from 15 days for Pink, Blue, Yellow and Green to 7 days!

    I also see that they have the Preliminary Ship dates back on the site too...

    Gosh, I hope mine ships as planned this week...but it is still in the Build stage as of this post.

    I wanted my blue 1520 badly, but after seeing Zydan and thevjm have their orders hit boxing stage in practically 3 days, I reordered mine and upgraded from a T7300 to a T7500. I had two delays and no one could give me an accurate date for when I could reallisticaly expect it.

    Man, I ordered mine (green) on 7/17. At the time of order, my est ship date was 8/1. Get my email a couple days later and its at 8/6.....grrrrrrrrrrr.

    What the HELL? The X3100 is onboard. It's on the motherboard. Are they seriously out of mainboards for these computers?

    Apparently they are out of mainboards that have the x3100.

    I haven't even been getting notification when my order is delayed, so I have to check every day :(
