    Hi guys

the other day I found a voucher for alienware for £300 off, I was really excited coz I've been on the brink of ordering an M14x anyway. So I put in the order before the voucher expired and all was good.

The next day I had a missed call on my phone (guessing it was from dell) and an email asking for confirmation of my card address. I replied back, but when I checked my order status later, it had been cancelled.

I emailed a rep and they apologised and said there was a mix up with the address verification and I would need to order again. Problem is, the voucher has now expired and they said I'd have to pay the full amount!

I've asked if I can pay the discounted amount and they said they would look into it and get back to me. Haven't heard anything yet.

Has anyone else had an experience like this? ANd what happened?

Same thing happen to me. I ordered an m11x thru the Army exchange online. Dell took the money out of my account and gave me an expected arrival date. Today, I go to check the status and BAM! Order cancelled. Dell has no reasonable explanation and still has my money. They said I could reorder through them and ask the Army Exchange for a refund in the meantime. If I order through them I'll lose the discount from the Army.
