I have some questions about replacing a smaller HD with a larger one. I have Ghost '03 installed on my i6000d. On my current HD, I have 3 partitions. One's for applications and OS, as the other two're for My Documents and Dell Utilities respectively.

    - Do I need to format the new HD before restoring the Ghost image? I'm not sure if each new HD comes pre-formatted.
    - Will there be any unpartitioned space left due to the HDs' size difference (say...40GB vs 60GB)?

Any thought is welcome. [ :)]
