    Does the Dell Studio still come with no HDMI Audio?

    First connect your HDMI cable to your TV and then log off window and log back in. I saw this trick on youtube, some guy with his M1530.

    Doesnt the XPS M1530 come with HDMI video and audio though...

    Perhaps it does, but I am not sure as I don't own a M1530. Now I am wondering if my studio 15 will have the same issue. I'll find out when I get it in about a few of weeks.

    i have the studio 17 and yes video and audio transfer from the 1 hdmi cable - just like it is supposed to
    if its not working right click on the volume icon in tray and go to playback devices and set HDMI as your default - sound will then work
    enjoy as i am
