You can get connectors that switch HDMI to DVI. To switch it to rca would kind of be pointless since rca is not HD.
The audio from the HDMI is digital, it should be automatic when using the HDMI cable since video and audio travels through it. -
not rca but something i can connect the my speakers which have a normal connection i think its calle phono, therefore i only need one wire when docking it
-
either of these connectionsd would work

so i need a cbale that splits the hdmi feed into dvi and sumthing i can plug that cbale into, which side doesnt really matter(either a 3.5mm pug of phono wires) -

i am buying it from the usa wiht the 799 off deal

For audio to tv you want a y cable phono to rca for audio right and left. You plug it into the headphones port.

is the a difference in quality between the exoensive hdmi cables andthe cheap 10 dollar versions
-
would it be safe to by a m1330 now, ie would i be free from quality control problems
-
yes there is always a difference with cables
-
even tho the signal is digital
-
yes that is correct
-
no there isn't, signal is digital, it either works or it doesn't. you don't need a $60 monster cable

I never said a monster cable is needed. What i aid was there is a difference between cable quality.
