    This is strange :(

I can't seem to find any program to tell me what my clocks are! I have tried rivatuner, ntune, and atitool. They are all reporting "0 MHz" for both core and memory clocks.

Is this just related to a locked video BIOS? Anyone PLEASE chime in.....

I believe core clock speeds can be tested with the software named Everest, Doesnt the nvidia control panel tell you the core speed as well?

No, the regular nvidia cp doesn't say - that is what ntune if for!

My 1330 didn't have this problem. I even tried different drivers.

Maybe Dell wizened up and hid all settings from users so nobody will ever know, ...mysterious.

You could always just write the review omitting the GPU clock speed. It's performance is more important than the speed it's running at. ;)

Yes, drivers are installed. I have tried 3 different ones. Slimjim was able to get ntune to report clock speeds so maybe there is something wrong with my system.

    Reformat here I come!

Did you try the 169.xx drivers? The default drivers, as well as many of the different ones from laptopvideo2go.com, do not allow overclocking, and may be causing the lack of reporting. The first time you install the 169.xx drivers your video BIOS will be flashed, and overclocking will be allowed.

For the record, I could never get ATI Tool working, either (it gave me 0 MHz), but both nTune and Rivatuner correctly reported the clock speeds.

Did you run the tool with elevated permissions? If not, they can't usually read the speeds...
