Hi, please help! I have a dell inspiron laptop.

When I turn my pc on it loads up fine and the display is fine, but just before it gets to the login screen the screen goes black. I know it's still on because I can hear it running and the sounds are on.

My mum was using it and instead of pressing ctrl+p to print something she seems to think she pressed fn + p. Anyone with any idea on how to fix this?

    Kind regards,

    Robyn
