I ordered my 9300 last week, and it arrived today :)
I got it was a %30 off cupon, and it came out to a total of $1383. Today I see that there is a $750 off cupon, which basically I can now get what I have, and in addition a 9 cell battery (ive got the 6 cell), the nylon carrying bag, and the 2915 wireless card (i got the 2200, i think.. its the one right below the 2915) for free.

Should I go through the hassel of returning my 9300, and reordering it with the new cupon and getting these other things?
Or can i call Dell, tell them my situation, and ask them if they'll send me a free bag, and possibly the better battery?
Or should i just shut the $#@ up and be happy with what i have?

I thought Dell charged a restocking fee now?? If so, I don't recommend returning it...

oh they do now? shoot... do you think id have any chance in hell or they giving me a carrying case, or bag, if i call them and tell them im thinking of returning it and getting a new one with the better deal? its still probably cheaper even with restocking fees...

I don't know for SURE they do, but I could have sworn I head they charge them now. But it never hurts to call and threaten to return it, worse comes to worse you waste 5 minutes. I'd try and get them to send you EVERYTHING you missed out on, I'll bet they at least send you the bag or something.

No dont return your system, especially if youre happy with it, return it to save a few bucks, you might get a lemon or one with parts your not happy with, contact dell and see about getting some price concession if you are in the 21 day return window they will do something for you, if a rep gets you nowhere, call back, talk to a "yes" man.
I got a 100 dollar concession coupon, im sure you could get them to throw in a dell deluxe nylon carrying case or something, if your wireless works fine, dont worry about the 2915.

If the 9300 you got is what you wanted and you are happy especially with your lcd panel, returning it to get a better price you run the risk of getting another 9300 with an lcd panel what you wont like, personally I dont think its worth the hassle or worth the risk of getting a new one with a crappy lcd panel.

yeah, i was kinda leaning towards what your suggesting. im happy with the laptop, its great! ive got the LG screen...i hear everyone complains about it, but this is my first laptop and i love the screen. no complaints here. just wondering if it would get better if i did switch to the samsung...? or not worth the risk of getting some other lemon..

im going to try on friday to get a nylon carrying bag, or like u suggested maybe a $100 cupon or something.
    thanks!
