    HOw do i use my MYDVD on my Inspirion 6000 i just got a disc sent by dell to install the sonic music burner but i want to burn dvds and wha not but i dont know how to do it it says i need a disc so i use the one dell gave me but it isnt working do i need to buy a specific program here or what

    i cant use MYDVD Le or another icon on my Desktop screen named Burn Dvd's and Cd's

    i have Record now installed for cds so is it installed or what do i need here

    u need three things to burn a dvd.

    1. a drive that is capable of burning dvds

    2. software that is capable of burning dvds (i have no experience with the apps you listed, i use Nero and DVDDecrypter)

    3. recordable dvd media

    (you will need to match the media to the type of drive you have; i.e., if you have a +R drive, you'll need +R media.)

    What do you exactly mean? It asks for an empty disc, or a disc with some specific software files found on it?

    what is asking for a disc?

    is the recording application asking for a disc? as in, a blank recordable disc to be put into the drive?
