From the UK Dell Support webpage, concerning missing parts:
"Um, hi... yeah I'm calling because I'm missing a part from my order. My invoice says that I should have an... 'XPS m1330'? But I don't... The item was listed on my Order Confirmation Document too. Can you have one sent out to me?"
It sounded funny when I was thinking about it, anyway...
I urge as many people as possible to do this! I imagine it'd be similar to the UK programme "Fonejacker" lol.
(Well, there's another 5 minutes whiled away waiting for my laptop...)
